Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing, along with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for production use.

Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for model training and validation.

Research and experiment with state-of-the-art algorithms and frameworks.

Build scalable AI pipelines and integrate models into existing applications or products.

Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and efficiency.

Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in AI/ML.

Prepare technical documentation, research papers, and knowledge-sharing reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and NLP techniques.

Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML/DL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn).

Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML Ops tools is a plus.

Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
