This is going to be an exciting job. If you are in for some creative problem solving, we urge you to go through the entire description.

Selected employee's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sell the company's tech products/solutions to end customers and enterprises, predominantly in the start-up, gaming and social sector, and maintain records of the sales. We have a cluster of tech products to offer and you can champion some or all of them.
2. Generate new leads in the said segments and work on winning new clients.
3. Show results, which are set for you, as part of the company's job-related expectations.
4. Act as the L1 PoC for basic tech troubleshooting and make yourself available for the client's calls. Be the bridge between the client and the brand's support team.
5. Work with the product development team, and perform usability analysis of the company's products.
6. Follow the company's strict user experience ethics which is 'sales have gone digital, so should marketing'.
7. Talk to vendors to keep the supply chain active and solve the ever changing logístical concerns that are constant at the partner's end.
8. Meet targets every month without fail and pass the quarterly performance review

Other requirements

5. A knack for sales and marketing.

6. You have worked on Sales of some form before or have great people skill and can win corporate clients and tech end users for the company.

7. You can operate independently and ethically without the need for micromanagement.

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based result oriented employment. In addition to the minimum-assured salary, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per per sale after the 50 threshold).

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 per year
