Sales and Marketing Executive for Leading Real Estate Firm

We are a fast-growing and innovative real estate company that offers a wide range of residential and commercial & Industrial properties to our clients. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales and marketing executive to join our team and help us achieve our goals. As a sales and marketing executive, you will enjoy a competitive salary, attractive incentives, flexible work hours, and a supportive work environment.

As a sales and marketing executive, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting market analysis and staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry
- Creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintaining regular communication with existing and prospective customers and providing them with relevant information and updates
- Preparing and presenting sales reports and feedback to the management

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing in the real estate sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, digital marketing tools
- A strong customer-oriented mindsetand a passion for real estate
- A valid driver's licenseand a reliable vehicle

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
