**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the school's visibility and attract prospective students.
- Create marketing campaigns, including print and online advertisements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities, using the obtained data to drive effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with school leadership to define target student segments and formulate tactics to engage and convert them into enrolled students.
- Build and nurture relationships with community organizations, agencies, and potential feeder schools to increase referrals and partnerships.
- Organize and participate in school outreach events, fairs, and exhibitions to generate leads and promote the school's offerings.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with admissions staff to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and techniques to ensure competitiveness and innovation in promotional strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or with a similar target audience.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tactics, advertising and branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make strategic marketing decisions.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for events and other promotional activities, as required.

**Salary: 1.8 to 3.6 LPA- Excluding T.A**
