**Job Summary**:
As a Tandoori Commi I, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of tandoori dishes, ensuring high-quality food standards, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. You will work closely with the culinary team to create authentic Indian cuisine and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of tandoori dishes, marinating meats and vegetables, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
- **Cooking**: Operate the tandoor and other kitchen equipment, cooking dishes to perfection while adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- **Menu Development**: Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and refine tandoori menu items.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all food served meets the establishment's quality and presentation standards.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory control, including tracking stock levels and placing orders for ingredients as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in Tandoori cuisine.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
