Job Summary:
The Continental Commi I is responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of continental dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
- Prepare ingredients such as meats, vegetables, and sauces for cooking.
- Cook and present dishes in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products to prevent spoilage.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient workflow.
- Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in training and development programs as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role or culinary training.
- Knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
