Job Title: Cost Controller

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Location: Calangute, Goa

Job Summary:*

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze cost variances across departments and projects.
- Prepare cost reports and budgets regularly.
- Evaluate supplier invoices and ensure compliance with pricing policies.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure accurate cost allocation and inventory control.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and implement cost control procedures and systems.
- Maintain financial records and documentation related to costs.
- Identify areas of cost inefficiency and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in cost control or a similar financial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
