**Position**: Digital Marketing Specialist
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on last drawn salary and interview performance)
**Shift Timing**: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
**Week Off**: Sunday
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to enhance website visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings.
- Manage and grow social media accounts by creating and sharing engaging content tailored to target audiences.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design advertisements, promotional content, and posts.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in the digital marketing landscape.
- **Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
- Fundamental knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and enhance campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work in a dedicated night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
