As a Telecaller for Sparsh Women's Hospital, your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective patients seeking information and assistance regarding various services provided by the hospital. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, providing relevant information, and scheduling appointments to support the hospital's services.

**Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to individuals who have expressed interest in the hospital's services or have inquired about specific treatments through various marketing channels.

Service Consultation: Communicate the benefits, procedures, success rates, and cost details of the hospital's services to prospective patients.

Lead Generation: Identify potential patients, collect their contact information, and record their specific requirements, ensuring accurate data entry into the hospital's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for interested individuals to visit the hospital for further consultation with the appropriate specialists.

Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with leads to address their queries, provide additional information, and maintain regular communication to nurture potential patients throughout their decision-making process.

Database Management: Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date patient information, ensuring data integrity.

Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, appointment scheduling, and conversion rates.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as the Marketing team, to align messaging and ensure consistent communication strategies.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, patient preferences, and suggestions for improving telecalling strategies. Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present them to the relevant stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,809.83 per month
