**Position**: Performance Marketing Analyst

**Experience**:Fresher with digital marketing training/internship experience - 0 - 1 Yrs
- **Campaign Management**:

- Monitor and update daily performance metrics
- **Data Analysis**:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources to evaluate campaign performance and identify trends or insights.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- **Budget Management**:

- Assist in managing and allocating advertising budgets effectively to maximize performance.
- Monitor spending across channels to ensure budgets are on track and adjust allocations as needed.
- **Keyword and Audience Research**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
- Analyze target audiences and demographics to refine ad targeting and improve campaign relevance.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Provide feedback on ad copy and visuals to enhance engagement and performance.
- **Platform Reporting**:

- Use platform-specific reporting tools to track and report on campaign performance.
- Stay updated on new features and updates within Google Ads and Meta platforms to leverage opportunities for campaign improvements.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay informed about digital marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging platforms.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in performance marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
