**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**KEY AREAS RESPONSIBILITIES**
Revenue growth - Customer acquisition & digital sales funnel management
- Develop & execute detailed monthly plans with right mix across digital platforms (Google, FB, Insta, YT etc.) for achieving the sales targets with optimal CAC & ensuring profit targets are met
- Own performance KPIs including P&L for sales from our own website Campaign Management
- Plan & implement campaigns and create optimal digital media mix in line with targets
- Implement brand strategy & integrated communication to build saliency and consideration
- Daily campaign management across all the digital acquisition and remarketing platforms -Continuously monitor & optimize performance to ensure sales growth in line with forecast, conversion funnel efficiency and cost/CAC optimization
- Implement a test & scale approach to constantly test ad formats, creatives, platforms etc. to get best results Promotions
- Design & execute effective promotions strategy to push sales numbers as well as uplift visibility, mind metrics Budget & ROI management
- Optimize continuously to ensure high ROI and minimize CAC Analytics & Reporting
- Leverage web analytics to derive actionable insights
- Detailed analysis of sales trends, funnel, conversions & all key metrics and sharing relevant insights & recommendations
- Monitor performance & optimize/course correct SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Skills
- Core digital marketing skills & hands-on experience across all key platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, DV360, GDN, Youtube etc.
- Deep understanding and experience of remarketing platforms (Google, FB, Criteo, Adroll etc.)
- Strong experience in web analytics tools and techniques (E.g. Google Analytics, Adobe omniture, Shopify analytics, etc.)
- Proficient in quantitative analysis & insighting
- Data/numbers oriented
- Good at advanced excel/other data analysis tools
- Strong verbal & written communication Competencies
- Commercial & strategic acumen
- Results driven & ROI focused
- Technology oriented with keen interest in latest tech developments in digital marketing
- People orientation & leadership ability
- Strong bias to action
- Agility and ability to take decisions/course correct fast
**REPORTING RELATIONSHIP AND KEY INTERFACES/STAKEHOLDERS**:
Reporting to Head of Performance Marketing Team / IC Individual Contributor Internal Stakeholders Distribution/Supply chain, Growth/Marketing, Finance, Product, technology/IT External Stakeholders Digital marketing agencies, large digital platforms (Google, FB etc.), other digital vendors & ad platforms
**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**:
- Hands on experience with FB Ads Manager and Google ADs.
- 1-2 years of experience of which majority should be in a D2C ecommerce set up leading the performance marketing function
- Graduate
- Experience in handling large monthly budgets (6Cr+ monthly)
- Good verbal/written communication skills in Englis
**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
