**Main Responsibilities of Payroll Executive**

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administration
- Calculating and verifying employee salaries and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
- Ensuring timely and accurate on boarding of employees, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records
- Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll
- Generating payroll reports, such as payroll summaries, tax reports, and labour cost analyses
- Checking employee timesheets, login and logout time on daily basis
- Participating in process improvement initiatives
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees of organization
- Staying updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and labour standards

**Key Requirements**
- You hold a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Pref
- You have practical experience in payroll processing and administration
- You possess excellent attention to detail for accurate payroll management and support
- You are well-versed in payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- You are proficient in using payroll software and tools to process payroll efficiently, generate reports, and manage records
- You have experience maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data
- You have strong problem-solving skills
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
