Job Profile of Payroll Executive

· Timely and Daily Collection of Attendance Sheets of All Branches and Coordinating for their timely daily Collection.

· Checking Attendance Sheets properly for Fraud &Clearing Discrepancies with the Branches.

· Daily Punching of Attendance of all Employees of Grey Matters, Fly Foreign & Planet E School in the Software

· Maintaining Record of 3 types of Employees : Under Observation, Working & Left Employees.

· Informing HR of Left Employees (3 days without Notice Absent Rule) so that Termination Notices can be sent.

· Preparing Salaries on time.

· Resolving Salary Queries.

· Generating UAN for EPF Purposes.

· Preparing Full & Finals of Employees leaving after giving 2 Months' Notice.

· Coordinating with Accounts Department for Salary, Hold Salary, Clubbed Salary, EPF &Full & Finals.

· Preparing in Advance the Lists of Employees who have Birthdays in a Month or who will be completing 1, 2 or more Years of Service in that month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
