The** Operations Coordinator** is responsible for the coordination and execution of operational activities, predominantly within APAC, across this DroneBase industry vertical. In doing so, you are dedicated to helping DroneBase meet its operational OKRs. In this role, you will provide project management of multiple, simultaneous field projects, while demonstrating operational excellence, resulting in delighted customers.
Reporting : Operations Manager - UAV and Client operations, DB APAC
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for client side operations, post sales
- handle portal walkthrough for clients. Provide support to clients with ad-hoc service requests.
- Responsible for customer success - involves good understanding of Solar PV domain problems and problem solving capabilities, also ability to coordinate and work with cross functional teams.
- Help the clients fully utilize the DroneBase inspection platform results and other deliverables which are a part of DroneBase - Solar Vertical. (handholding),ensuring the customer is able to create value using the platform/ report.
- Responsible for quality checks of inspection reports based on industry standard requirements for solar projects.
- Proactively handle customer requests and expectations - regarding, amends, updates and report queries
- Manage travel plan and coordination for internal pilots to ensure efficient operations. Assign and coordinate pilots to ensure on-time flight operations for our customers. 7. Project manage field operations in India for data collection, solving / escalating issues that arise, while proactively communicating with and setting customer expectations.
- Report weekly schedule to management
- Support product development teams with solar PV domain related solution requirements
- Coordinates with internal business development teams for analyzing technical feasibility of project proposal requests
- Work closely with Operations and BD team to help achieve respective departmental goals.
- All other duties as assigned
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years work experience in a fast-paced environment. (from on field roles *in the Solar inspection industry, etc.)
- Possess strong knowledge of the solar PV industry with on field experience in anomaly resolvement and understanding is preferred.
- Preferred background in customer success/relationship in Solar.
- Possess good communication skills and ability to understand issues, along with ability to coordinate with different teams to fulfill the aim for customer satisfaction.
- Experience in handling clients - post sales process. 2-3 experience in similar roles.
- Good problem solving skills, planning, scheduling, and project management skills with the ability to work both independently and in team settings.
- Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority.
- Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce.
- Interested in technology and the drone space. Basic knowledge of UAVs and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills (e.g.: Office suite, Slack, Zoom, Google).
- Able to travel for short-term engagements.
- Able to sit, stand for long periods of time.
- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
