About This Role

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of distributed solar assets across various geographies.

This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills to drive operational consistency and uptime commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate remote contractor activities and monitor SLA compliance.
  • Drive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Track and escalate ticket resolution delays to maintain service level agreements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in solar O&M or distributed renewable project management.
  • Strong knowledge of rooftop solar systems including inverters, monitoring platforms, wiring, and metering.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multi-location projects remotely with operational rigor.
  • Proficient in digital monitoring systems, SCADA platforms, and data analysis.
  • Skilled communicator, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing technical and compliance demands.
  • Familiarity with HSE standards, net metering protocols, and regulatory frameworks in India.
