Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our inspection and quality operations in renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QA/QC, project execution, vendor management, and team leadership, with experience in solar and wind energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead inspection operations for solar and wind energy projects across manufacturing, installation, and commissioning stages.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
  • Supervise and optimize manpower allocation across multiple project sites.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to maintain quality and delivery standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders for project coordination and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred).

  • In-depth understanding of solar PV systems and wind turbine components.
  • Familiarity with national and international QA/QC standards for renewable energy.
  • Proficiency in inspection tools, checklists, and documentation.
