**Job Description - Junior Project Coordinator**

**About the Company**:
**U-Solar Clean Energy** is a solar developer in India, headquartered in Bengaluru, that provides complete solar power solutions for industrial, commercial, institutional and residential clients. The company provides end to end solutions from design and engineering, project management as well as post sales services for solar projects. We have installed solar power plants through pay and own (CAPEX) and pay as you go (OPEX) models for our clients across India, as well as in international projects in Sri Lanka and Nepal. U-Solar Clean Energy is at a key turning point in its growth journey, evolving from a mid-size solar developer to a large-scale solar developer. This strategic evolution offers exceptional opportunities for professionals who are eager to undertake new challenges, lead transformative projects, and make a substantial impact in the renewable energy sector.

**About the Role**:

- **This role is a full-time position, and the company has a policy that requires the employee to commit to staying for a minimum period of three years. Early exit within this period is not permitted as per company policy.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible.
- Regularly follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Perform accurate data entry and generate reports from project data.
- Communicate with vendors to gather information, negotiate terms, and manage orders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to team building initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing and conducting payment follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Deliver results effectively under tight deadlines.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for smooth project execution.
- Manage project material procurement and distribution.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for project documentation and communication.

**Software Tools**:

- Autocad
- MS Word
- MS Powerpoint
- MS Excel

**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electrical/ECE/Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong technical background required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
