BE or B.Tech in Electronics /Instrumentation/Mechanical, around 4-10years of experience in related Skills. Skills and Competency: - Proficiency in Project Planning & Control and stabilizing processes while ensuring smooth commencement of operations; excelled in achieving operational targets & service delivery metrics. - Should have expertise in project planning activities including developing & maintaining preparing weekly & monthly 'look-ahead’ schedules, manpower histogram, S-Curve, EOT for multiple sub-phases of concurrent projects. - Should possess rich experience in analysis of financial data as it pertains to each project in their control, including the proper distribution and allocation of resources, the implementation of budgets and the quantification of monetary risk and impact. - Should be skilled in creating project budgets, analyzing project requirements & specifications and controlling cost of projects through resource management & micro management for projects and by correlating time with cost’ Comprehensive knowledge and experience in working on tools like PRIMAVERA, ERP, PMIS & SAP MM Module - Must have ample experience across end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, control, value engineering, capital expenditure management, waste reductions, cost control & safety. - Possess clear thinking from technology perspective with strong skills to identify functional needs and transform them into technology solutions; expertise in various methodologies - Proficient in forecasting & minimizing project risks; excellent team management skills; showcased capability to build transformational and highly engaged team - Problem solver with a passion for quality and process; skilled in providing high-end technology.
