**Job Purpose**:
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high service standards, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and overseeing food and beverage operations.

**Key Responsibilities:Guest Service**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Provide courteous and efficient service while attending to guests’ needs.

**Food & Beverage Operations**:

- Ensure timely food delivery for buffet service and replenish as needed.
- Serve food and beverages according to order sequence.
- Pick up food from the kitchen and serve guests promptly.
- Set up buffet counters and maintain restaurant upkeep.

**Hygiene & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow HACCP and Food Safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in public and service areas.
- Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.

**Inventory & Ordering**:

- Monitor the freshness and quantity of food available for service.
- Place appropriate food orders to prevent excess or shortage.

**Other Duties**:

- Perform basic cleaning tasks as required.
- Report guest feedback and complaints promptly.
- Assist with other F&B-related tasks as needed.

**Major Areas of Responsibility**:

- Maintain and set up the buffet area in the staff cafeteria.
- Stock necessary supplies and ensure availability.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.

- Day shift
- Morning shift
