**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Attracting Talent**:

- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.
- **Screening and Interviewing**:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leads.
- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired qualifications.
- Provide insights and recommendations on hiring trends, salary expectations, and market conditions.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings.
- **Offer Management and Onboarding**:

- Assist in the preparation and delivery of job offers.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role within the technology sector.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and recruitment software.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills required for IT positions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience recruiting for niche technical roles (e.g., software developers, cybersecurity experts, data scientists).
- Familiarity with programming languages, IT certifications, and technical terminology.
- Professional certifications in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) are a plus.
