**Job Opening in the Marketing Team**
- The role is **on-site**in **Kohima.**A **content creator**and** public relations communicator** who produces and shares material such as videos, blogs, articles, podcasts, or social media posts, with the goal of communicating the Chillibreeze Brand and what we believe to the audience. Communicator of job placement opportunities with various community stakeholders. Content creators work across various platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Internal Corporate Channels, and website, creating content that ranges from **educational** and **informative**to **entertaining**and** inspirational**.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build relationships and communicate with Kohima stakeholders about job openings at Chillibreeze.
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our company’s vision, brand, and business objectives.
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- Passionate about our company’s purpose, and our 10-year Goal, and are eager to work hard to achieve our 1-year company goals.
- Develop and write compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience and inspires vision, disrupts mindsets, drives brand awareness, and communicates values and principles.
- Blog posts, articles, social media content, newsletters, and basic video editing of marketing materials.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Undergo basic corporate PowerPoint training is a **key expectation** upon joining the marketing team. This training is essential to ensure that all team members are proficient in creating impactful visuals for all corporate and digital platforms.
- The PowerPoint training will last for **2 to 4 months**, ensuring all team members are adept at creating impactful visuals for corporate and digital platforms. Additionally, the training and probation period will be held in **Shillong**.
- Ability to create content for both **internal and external audiences**. Internal audiences include team members, stakeholders, and other departments within the company. External audiences include customers, partners, institutes and the general public.

- We need team members who can stay focused, complete the right projects, and manage production to ensure timely ‘go-live’.
