**Customer Document Collection for Booking Entry and Billing**:

- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to collect necessary customer documents.
- Ensure all required documents are accurately and securely stored in the system.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of customer information for processing bookings and billing.

**Billing in CRMDMS**:

- Oversee the billing process using the CRM and Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices and billing statements.
- Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.

**File Settings (for Registration and Tally)**:

- Configure and maintain file settings required for vehicle registration processes.
- Ensure that financial data is accurately recorded and integrated into the Tally accounting system.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

**Booking Updation in Accounts**:

- Update booking information in the accounting system promptly.
- Ensure that all financial transactions related to bookings are accurately recorded.
- Reconcile booking records with financial statements and reports.

**Booking Entry in CRMDMS**:

- Enter and manage booking data in the CRM and DMS systems.
- Ensure that booking entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with sales teams to verify booking details and customer information.

**Booking Sheet Updation Internal & TML**:

- Update internal booking sheets with current booking information.
- Ensure that booking data is communicated to Tata Motors Limited (TML) accurately.
- Maintain a streamlined process for sharing booking updates internally and with TML.

**Z-Connect & IRA Form Creation**:

- Create and manage Z-Connect and IRA forms required for vehicle registration and customer relations.
- Ensure that all forms are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of form submissions and follow up on any outstanding forms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in EDP management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of electronic data processing systems and software.
- Proficiency in database management administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM, DMS, software.
