We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive who will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for both buyers and dealers on our platform. Candidates with prior experience in the automobile industry or automobile lead management will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and connect them with the right dealer.
  • Maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, showrooms, and partner networks.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth transactions.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, telesales, or lead management (automobile experience is plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
