**Inside Sales Representative**
- **Job Summary**:

- **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads is well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a goal-oriented mind-set.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
- Explaining product features and benefits.
- Ability to handle objections, identifies challenges, and finds solutions to close sales.
- Resolving customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- **Desired Profile/ Who should join**:

- Should have 2 to 7 years of Proven inside sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS office.
- Fair knowledge about the Insurance processes.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling huge number of calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
