**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, plant, cultivate, and harvest vegetables according to seasonal cycles.
- Monitor crop health and implement pest and disease control measures.
- Manage soil health through proper fertilization, irrigation, and crop rotation techniques.
- Operate and maintain farming equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and agricultural standards.
- Maintain records of farm activities, crop yields, and expenses.
- Supervise and train farm workers or seasonal labor as needed.
- Implement sustainable farming practices to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers Welcome
- Must be a graduate in relevant field
- Knowledge of modern farming techniques and equipment.
- Strong understanding of plant biology, soil health, and crop management.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
