Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Freshers can apply for Trainee Position)
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or a related field
We are looking for a Plant Agriculturist for our client, who is passionate about plant science and sustainable agriculture.
The ideal candidate will support our agricultural operations, assist in crop management, and contribute to research and development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related discipline
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for a Trainee position
Strong understanding of plant growth, crop cycles, and soil management
Good communication and teamwork skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor plant health and growth conditions
Assist in implementing cultivation practices
Conduct soil and crop assessments
Support research and field trials
Work closely with agronomy and production teams
