1. To determine the strategic capabilities of the organization and plan, design and implement the information technologies.
2. To develop budgets and design specifications for procurement of necessary machines and computer penpheruls. Develop and manage vendors/contractors, allocate & assign contract agreements _I _Jobs and keep & maintain minimun1 level of inventories.
3. To conduct the feasibility study for the new projects and fu1ther design a project schedule and allocate jobs to developers.
4. To co-ordinate with the end user and development team throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
5. Database Administrator: Understand, develop and maintain the layout and process of the database of the organization and ensure that the data stored in the database is backed up from time _to _time arid mamtain high level security of the stored data and grant permissions to end users to view arid access database.
6. To evaluate the developed software to ensure the quality as per the required staridards.
8. To install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
9. To research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks and identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale.
11.To troubleshoot and maintenance of existing systems and infrastructure arid to ensure that no work suffers due to maintenance deficit.

13. To allocate power effectively and ensure 1naximtm1 productivity and review the performance of e1nployees and coordination with human Resource Department for appropriate staffing levels.
14. To implant trainings to sub-ordinates as per the identified the training needs and keep the staff n1otivated.
15. To undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competence, as required by their Head from time to time.
16. Environment. Health & Safety (EHS)
16.1 To maintain a current and complete chen1ical inventory and MSDSs in their workplace
16.2 Supervising personnel for effective implementation of the EHS program into the work processes.
16.3 Providing necessary information/ equipment's to subordinates to protect their health
16.4 Auditing his/her area of control for i1nprove1nent w. r. t. EHS and implementing corrective actions for all violations as highlighted in safety audits.
16.5 Ensure that organizational training requirements have been con1pleted and provide individual en1ployees with training specific to the area in which they will be working
16.6 Making subordinates available for attending in house out house EHS training.
l 6.7 Taking disciplinary actions against violators of EHS rules/regulations as highlighted during audits.
16.8 Prepare accident repm1s and forward copies to EHS and i1nplement recomended corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
1. Minimum Graduate
2. Should have relevant experience in SAP & Tally operator.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
