**Role: Tele Sales Executive**

**Industry**: Education (UG & PG Course Sales)
**Location**: Noida
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in telesales
**Qualification**: Graduation (mandatory)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Outreach**:

- Call potential students and working professionals to explain UG & PG courses.
- Follow up on leads generated via online and offline marketing campaigns.
- **Course Consultation & Sales**:

- Provide complete information on course curriculum, fees, admission process, and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Follow-ups & Closures**:

- Guide students through the admission and fee payment process.
- Ensure timely closure of enrollments.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Address queries related to courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and daily activities.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams.
- Provide insights on student queries and market trends to improve sales strategy.

**Required Skills**:
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Experience in telesales (preferably in education or edtech)
Target-driven mindset with negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
