We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or sales-related roles. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales over the phone. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and engage them in conversation to generate sales.
- Present and explain products or services in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the team.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle queries in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales strategies.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
