We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the challenge of sourcing hard-to-find talent, and values being part of a collaborative team.

If you are a proactive sourcer who thinks beyond job boards and can creatively identify and engage healthcare professionals, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals across various roles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Manage the offer process and coordinate onboarding logistics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in healthcare staffing.
- Resourceful and self-driven, with a passion for identifying top talent and solving recruitment challenges.
- Comfortable working with recruiting metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, pipeline conversion, and time-to-fill.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player who contributes to a supportive and close-knit team environment.
