Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and control in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., ERP/MRP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Develop and oversee detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
- Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and machinery, to meet production targets.
- Supervise and guide the PPC team, including planners and coordinators.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training or coaching as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
