The Production Planning Control Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the production planning and control activities within the organization. **Responsibilities**:
Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing production costs.

Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and align production plans accordingly.

Maintain accurate production records, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, capacity utilization, and schedule adherence.

Adjust production schedules in response to changes in demand, resource availability, or other external factors.
