First Stage /Quality Control Supervisor or Junior Engineer’s
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience with Foundry Background.
- Shot blasting, de-gating and inspection of knocked out castings
- Organizing to fettle the inspected and metallurgically qualified castings

internally and externally through operators and sub-contractors
- Organize to dispatch the QA approved castings to customers as per

dispatch plan
- Arrange and store in process components with status-wise

identification and location
- Inspection accepted castings to be identify green mark, rejected

castings to be identify red mark, Salvage castings to be identify yellow

mark
- Maintain and inform management the status-wise stock record of

finished and semi finished castings.
- Maintain and ensure for Shop Floor 5S

Quality Control / Final Inspections Supervisor or Junior Engineer’s:

- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience with Foundry Background.
- Approval of deviation which does not affect the customer requirements

in consultation
- Analysis of in-house Quality problem for corrective / preventive action

co ordination
- Updating status of the customer drawing with customer
- Analysis of customer complaint for corrective preventive action
- All customer complaints co-ordination /reply to customer activities All

customer return product investigation /reply to customer detail

maintenance requirements
- Maintain and ensure for Shop Floor 5S

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
