Roles and Responsibilities:
As a LED light showroom sales executive and online sales customer support representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Promoting and selling LED light products in-person
- Providing comprehensive product knowledge to customers
- Meeting sales targets set by the company
- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
- Processing online orders and confirming order details
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Providing regular reports to your supervisor or manager
- Upselling products to existing customers
- Ensuring the showroom's appearance is well-maintained
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Working with the warehouse team to ensure prompt and accurate product delivery
- Maintaining a professional and knowledgeable demeanor at all times, both in-person and online

Overall, your goal will be to generate sales and promote customer satisfaction, both in the showroom and in online customer support. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of the products to meet customers' needs.

Qualifications:

- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business may be preferred but not always required
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Familiarity with LED lighting products and technical specifications is a added advantage
- Experience working in a showroom or retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
