**Main purpose of role**

The main purpose of the position is to support the Talent & Capability team in providing insight into the quality of talent in the organisation.
- This includes providing guidance on and coordinating standardised processes to assess talent across the organisation and at the individual level, under the supervision of the Senior Advisor Talent.
- In years when the organisation is actively hiring graduates, the position will coordinate demand planning for graduate targets, working directly with the business and/or HRBPs. The position will assist with the recruitment campaign and in the design and delivery of the global development of graduates.
- The position will also contribute to the running of specific talent-related projects, as needed by the organisation.

In addition, the incumbent will contribute to various other initiatives concerning organisational capability on an ad hoc basis, in response to business needs. Seeing opportunities to partner with HR colleagues and the business, and to make full use of SSC and HR Cloud, are also key qualities.

**Knowledge & Qualifications**:

- Experience in talent management with a major organisation is desirable.
- Experience of working in HR, providing a service to business customers
- Awareness of how to support professional and career development at different levels in an organisation, including graduate and management development.

Experience of handling confidential employee data.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Analytical skills to interrogate data, diagnose issues, and arrives at well-reasoned conclusions.
- Highly proficient with Excel and other statistical tools for statistical analysis.
- Slide-making skills with PowerPoint
- Good organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead.
- Motivated as a professional, dedicated to data accuracy and timely communication.
- Works very collaboratively with colleagues, While maintaining an appropriately assertive position.
- Positive about Diversity and Inclusion and supportive of change to enhance the organisation.
