**Purpose of the Role**:
The position exists in order to support IB Sales team (Entire countries) count with the objective of Order To Delivery through timely billing / post shipment document submission to finance for receivables recovery within the limits of export compliances in line with VECV export guidelines. In addition to the existing role, the incumbent will implement new billing and LC system into the department.

**Education**:

- B. Com, Any Graduate

**Experience**:

- 3-5 Years plus of relevant experience

- Commercial Acumen

**Order to Delivery**

Coordination with plant for vehicles availability. Ensuring physical movement of vehicles from plant till export points & final shipment till destination. Notifying finance for accordingly billing post exports. With the objective of ensuring Order to Delivery timeline.

**Cost and Overhead Control**

Ensuring Correct exports documentation submission to internal / external agencies to avoid discrepancies at later stage. Ensuring timely flow of vehicles across borders avoiding unnecessary parking / other charges incurring at land borders. Logistics cost monitoring incurring out of sea freight disbursement to shipping lines. With the objective to avoid overhead cost to business.

**MIS and Reporting**

Maintaining & reporting of vehicle dispatch / documentation status. With the objective to ensure smooth order to delivery
