**Job Purpose**:
The Logistic Executive is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the logistics process, ensuring timely and efficient transportation, storage, and delivery of goods. This role involves working closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to optimize the supply chain process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Planning & Coordination**:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and efficient distribution.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the correct stock levels are maintained.
- Work with transportation companies and third-party logistics providers to coordinate shipments.
- Track and monitor orders from dispatch to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate arrivals.
- **Supply Chain Management**:

- Monitor and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, identifying any potential delays or disruptions.
- Optimize logistics processes, improve route planning, and reduce transportation costs.
- Analyze logistics data and provide recommendations to improve supply chain operations.
- **Vendor & Supplier Management**:

- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Evaluate and negotiate with third-party logistics providers to optimize cost-efficiency.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure all shipping and customs documents are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations related to transportation, import/export, and customs clearance.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics data.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle customer inquiries related to the status of deliveries, inventory, and orders.
- Resolve any logístical issues or discrepancies that may arise during shipping and delivery.
- Provide support to the sales team to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate reports related to logistics performance, inventory levels, and delivery times.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery accuracy, inventory turnover, and transportation costs.
- Report any discrepancies, delays, or damages during transportation.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the stock and storage of goods to ensure they are stored correctly and efficiently.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and stock takes.
- **Safety & Risk Management**:

- Ensure safety standards are met during transportation and warehousing activities.
- Monitor logistics risks and address issues that may affect the supply chain, including disruptions due to weather, strikes, or equipment breakdowns.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Proficient in logistics software and tools.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
