Tender Identification & Analysis
- Monitor various government and private e-tendering portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, MSTC, state portals).
- Identify relevant tenders related to transportation/logistics services.
- Analyze eligibility criteria, scope of work, and terms & conditions.

2. Bid Documentation
- Prepare and compile all necessary documents (technical, commercial, statutory).
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, legal, sales) for data input.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of bid submissions.

3. Online Bid Submission
- Submit tenders on designated e-bidding platforms within deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to portal requirements (file formats, signatures, bid tokens, etc.).
- Maintain digital signature certificates (DSC) and bidder registration credentials.

4. Pricing & Costing Coordination
- Work with the finance and operations team to prepare competitive pricing.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to support strategic pricing decisions.

5. Communication & Client Interaction
- Respond to pre-bid queries and clarification requests from clients.
- Liaise with procurement officials or customer representatives when required.

6. Follow-Up & Tracking
- Track the status of submitted bids and updates on evaluation results.
- Maintain records of all tenders participated in, outcomes, and feedback.

7. Compliance & Record Keeping
- Ensure all bidding activities comply with organizational and client-specific requirements.
- Maintain organized records of all past and current tenders for audit and reference.

8. Coordination for Post-Award Activities
- Support handover of awarded contracts to operations or execution teams.
- Assist in documentation for agreements, POs, or SLAs if the bid is won.Skills Required:

- Knowledge of logistics and transport industry
- Proficiency in using e-tendering portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with pricing structures and commercial terms
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
