**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage daily transport operations including route planning, vehicle deployment, and driver scheduling.
- Supervise and monitor fleet movement, ensuring vehicle availability, upkeep, and optimal utilization.
- Oversee last-mile delivery processes including tracking, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of trip logs, fuel consumption, and delivery metrics.
- Generate regular reports related to fleet performance, delivery timelines, vehicle maintenance, and cost efficiency.
- Liaise with third-party logistics partners and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to statutory transport and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to streamline dispatch and delivery activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency in transport and last-mile delivery workflows.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics operations, specifically transport/fleet management and last-mile delivery.
- Proficient in MS Excel and logistics-related reporting tools.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, TMS (Transport Management Systems), or delivery apps.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Experience with e-commerce logistics or third-party logistics (3PL) setups.
- Knowledge of statutory transport documentation (e.g., e-way bills, vehicle compliance).
- Basic understanding of warehouse coordination or inventory processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
