Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that compliance policies, registers (Muster Roll Register, Wage register, Form C of Bonus Act, Fine Register, Advances Register, Accident register), and procedures are being maintained at all locations.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations, the maintenance of registers, and timing filing of challans.
- Liaise with the Labor Department and consultants to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and requirements.
- Ensure Statutory Compliance like PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc. for all locations.
- Prepare and submit Half Yearly Returns and Annual Returns for all locations.
- Maintain and do all Firm related Registrations and Renewals.
- Handle PT Registrations.
- Manage Shops and Establishment (New) Registrations Renewals.
- Manage Contract Labor License Registrations Renewals & Compliance.
- Generate UAN and ESIC IP numbers, also issuing ESIC Temporary cards to Eligible employees.
- Prepare PF, PT, and ESI online Challans and ensure that they are paid on time.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Commerce, Management, Law).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of managing compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
- Good knowledge of statutory compliance requirements like PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
