Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in compliance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable compliance and regulatory services.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to drive conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and service documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with regulatory trends (BIS, CDSCO, FSSAI, Drug License, etc.) to position services effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured planning and execution.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (experience in compliance, healthcare, pharma, or medical device industry is a strong advantage).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain regulatory services clearly and confidently to clients.
  • Proactive approach with strong lead-generation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
