Bussiness Development Executive

1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in corporate, industrial, commercial, and institutional segments.
- Generate and convert leads from platforms like IndiaMART, Justdial, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing to close sales.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable surveillance solutions.
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and post-sales support coordination.
3. Market Research & Strategy
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Create sales reports, forecasts, and monthly performance updates.
- Work closely with the internal operations & technical teams for order processing and installation support.
4. Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of CCTV, IP cameras, access control devices, biometric systems, and related security products.
- Educate customers on technical features and value propositions.
