**OFFICE HOURS**: Monday to Saturday, (9:30AM - 6:30PM), 1 and 3 Saturday off

**SALARY PAY**:15,000 - 25,000 per month

**QUALIFICATION**: Graduation in any field, Bachelor of Business Administration.

**JOB SUMMARY**: PSR Compliance is seeking creative and enthusiastic social media interns to join our marketing team. This internship offer an excellent opportunity to gain hands

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Develop engaging, creative, and high
- quality content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Assist in managing and scheduling posts on all social media accounts.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices. Conduct competitor analysis and audience research.
- Aid in optimizing website content for better search engine rankings and assist with paid search campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies to grow our online community and increase engagement.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. **Backlink Profile Management**
- Conduct regular audits of the website’s backlink profile to ensure link quality and identify opportunities for improvement.

2. **Competitor Analysis**
- Analyze competitors' link-building strategies and leverage insights to enhance our SEO approach.

3. **High-Quality Link Building**
- Execute effective link-building strategies, including:

- Article submissions
- Directory listings
- Social bookmarking
- Website blog promotion
- Web 2.0 platforms
- Forum submissions

4. **Local SEO Optimization**
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the website for local search visibility, including local directory listings and citation building.

5. **Content Sharing and Social Media Integration**
- Promote content effectively on social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement.

6. **Influencer Collaboration**
- Identify and collaborate with industry influencers to amplify brand visibility and acquire authoritative backlinks.

7. **Performance Tracking and Reporting**
- Monitor and analyze off-page SEO metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Generate detailed reports highlighting progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.

8. **Social Media Promotion**
- Utilize social media channels to enhance off-page SEO efforts and improve overall brand presence.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in off-page SEO techniques and link-building strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess backlink profiles and competitor strategies.
- Knowledge of social media promotion and integration with SEO campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing SEO trends and algorithms.
- Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mind-set with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast
- paced environment.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (eg. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

**- Work Experience** in same industry is minimum 6 months to 1 year in off page optimization
