**About Us**
We are launching a high-quality, operationally efficient daycare and preschool in Kolkata, designed for working parents who want the best care and early learning for their children without unnecessary frills. Our model is built for trust, scalability, and financial discipline, with a clear 3-year growth vision.

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a committed Co-Founder who will complement the CEO’s strengths in operations, finance, and business development by bringing deep expertise in education, childcare, people management, or marketing. This is not an employee role — it is a leadership position that demands ownership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Educational Leadership**: Shape the curriculum, teaching approach, and child-development philosophy.
- **Team Building**: Recruit, train, and manage teaching and support staff to ensure quality and consistency.
- **Brand & Community**: Build relationships with parents, local communities, and key stakeholders to establish trust and a strong reputation.
- **Operational Excellence**: Co-design processes that maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across all locations as we scale.
- **Growth & Expansion**: Identify and execute opportunities for market expansion, partnerships, and diversification.
- **Strategic Decision-Making**: Work alongside the CEO to define and execute the business roadmap, funding strategy, and key milestones.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **education**, **childcare management**, or **marketing & community engagement** (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast-growing, resource-conscious environment.
- Willingness to invest time, energy, and strategic input with a founder’s mindset.
- Passion for children’s education and development.
