As an Admission Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end admission process, including handling inquiries from prospective parents, providing information about the school's admission criteria, procedures, and fees, coordinating admission tests or interviews, and ensuring timely communication with parents throughout the process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Planning and organizing admissions events
- Collaborating with marketing team to develop strategies
- Providing excellent customer service to prospective parents
- Providing administrative support to the admissions team across branches
- Ensuring compliance with school policies, regulations, and legal requirements related to student admissions, confidentiality, and data protection.
- Previous experience in admissions, student enrollment, or customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with school admission processes, policies, and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing student records and documents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
