PRE- REQUISITES:

- Must be a graduate with 2-5 years experience in an Overseas and Migration Consultancy is mandatory
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Knowledge on overseas education admission and visa process is a must.
- Ability to interact with students in a professional manner.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Admissions and Student Support Coordinator you will be mainly responsible to:

- Take handle and take the responsibility of the end-to-end admission process.
- To be the first point of contact for students aspiring to study abroad and support them at all times.
- To take timely action and do the necessary follow up and see that the admission process is complete on time.
- To coordinate with the students, staff and the management and act accordingly to complete the student admission process.
- To extend support as and when required to the immigration team in handling any client process enquiries.
- To maintain electronic and hard copy filing system and ensure that all documents related to the student admission process saved, maintained and shared to relevant teams.
- To add all the relevant student information onto the student database and ensure they are checked and updated at all times.
- To generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
