Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Qualification: MBA Marketing Experience: 1.5-2 Years in HVAC Sales & Marketing.

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and networking.
- Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, adapting lead generation tactics accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM database with new leads and relevant information.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and report results to management.
- Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

**Required Skills**:

- Educational Background: MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or related field. B.Tech/Mechanical engineering background is plus
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects.
- Analytical Mind-set: Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
