**Job Overview: HVAC Sales Engineer (Estimation - Backend Support)**

10 Key Result Areas (KRAs) - HVAC Sales Estimation Engineer
- **Tender/BOQ Review & Scope Analysis**:

- Analyze HVAC tender documents, drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) to identify scope, deviations, and cost impact.
- **Cost Estimation & Budgeting**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects including materials, equipment, labor, and subcontracting.
- **Quotation Preparation**:

- Develop commercial and technical proposals for submission to clients, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and OEMs for pricing and delivery timelines.
- **HVAC Equipment Selection & Sizing**:

- Support in selecting appropriate HVAC equipment (chillers, VRF, AHUs, etc.) based on project requirements.
- **Drawing & Design Understanding**:

- Interpret mechanical and HVAC layout drawings to validate quantities and installation feasibility.
- **Pre-Sales Technical Support**:

- Assist the sales team in technical discussions, documentation, and client queries related to estimation.
- **CRM & Documentation Handling**:

- Maintain estimation records, client correspondences, and CRM entries for tracking and reporting.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Suggest cost-saving alternatives and value engineering options to improve margins and win probability.
- **Market & Product Knowledge Update**:

- Stay updated with market prices, new technologies, and HVAC trends to enhance accuracy and competitiveness.

Pay: ₹8,861.41 - ₹29,479.17 per month
