Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Co-ordinator to join our team. As a Sales Co-ordinator you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients and closing deals.

**Roles and Responsibility**
- Identify and target potential clients, including wedding planners, floral wholesalers and florists, to get them into CRM and to get sales from them
- Stay up-to-date on floral trends & techniques, marketing planning well in advance in coordination with the design and content team
- To communicate with the planners understand their requirements carefully and advised them according to their theme
- Develop and implement creative ideas for floral designs in order to achieve 100% target completion
- Ensure we do up sales and cross sales of the products (Up sales - educating clients on higher product end, cross sales - sharing the brochure of flowers )
- To execute the sales plan according to the planning, route mapping and geographical mapping
- To follow the CRM processes and to record correct data, prepare report and present in weekly, daily meetings
- To do market visits, do segmentation, targeting prospective customers, enhance brand awareness and build a network with potential clients to secure new orders and to get repeat orders
- Planning activities based on the Upcoming season and trends/Event, keep the learning from the previous season as well.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
