Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Textiles (Hotel Sales)

Job Summary:

- Generate sales of têxtiles products (e.g., linens, towels, fabrics, Duvets) to hotels and hospitality industries through direct field sales
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel procurement teams, general managers, and housekeeping departments
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and negotiate contracts and pricing
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for hotel staff
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
- Identify and target potential hotel accounts, and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions-based selling
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of field sales experience, preferably in têxtiles or hospitality industries
- Proven sales track record and ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (as needed)
- Should have own Two Wheeler
- MS Excel Knowledge

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
